Position: Director - Sales

We are looking for a dynamic sales leader who can spearhead our business development efforts. This

role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, managing the P&L, and overseeing the entire sales cycle from

prospecting to customer acquisition. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and executing

strategic sales plans to expand market presence and foster long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:
%CF; Develop and execute sales strategies to drive the company's strategic objectives.
%CF; Analyze market trends and customer needs to uncover opportunities for expansion and
competitive advantage.
%CF; Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performance sales team, setting clear expectations and
reviewing progress regularly.
%CF; Achieve and exceed revenue targets by developing effective sales plans and strategies.
%CF; Act as a trusted advisor to key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored
solutions.
%CF; Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
%CF; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to
ensure a unified sales approach.
%CF; Prepare and present comprehensive sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
%CF; Build and maintain relationships with key hotels and actively represent the company by
participating in and presenting at conferences and industry events throughout India and
neighboring countries.

Requirements:
%CF; 10 - 12 years in sales preferably in consultative sales
%CF; Graduate degree in Engineering. MBA a plus.
%CF; Excellent communication and presentation skills.
%CF; Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans.
%CF; Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
%CF; Solid analytic skills and good knowledge of Excel.
%CF; Proven ability to design and implement new processes.
%CF; Prior leadership and team management experience required.
%CF; Willingness to travel extensively which will also include International Travel.
%CF; Network in the hotel industry and familiarity with e-commerce is a plus.
