Quality Engineering - Java Automation

Job Description

As a Quality Analyst, you will be involved in every phase of SDLC and focuses on Functional testability, Automation and Performance of the software. More specifically, you will work on:

• Developing Test Strategy, Preparing Effort Estimation, Designing Test Plan and Test cases effectively/independently.
• Designing and implementing automation for Web and Mobile applications.
• Performing Test Execution and Reporting defects.
• Performing Functional, API and Mobile Testing.
• Collaborating with business consultants, data scientists, engineers, and application developers
Job Requirement
• Must have SQL and database Knowledge.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Manual Testing (Web, Mobile, API).
• Strong hands-on experience in Automation testing using Selenium/Cypress and Appium with the language Python
• Strong knowledge and experience in Manual Testing (Web, API).
• Strong hands-on experience in Automation testing using Selenium with Java.
• Strong knowledge on CI/CD pipeline (Azure/Jenkins).
• Strong Experience in building frameworks using Java TestNG or related Libraries.
• Must have the hands on experience on web browser automation
• Strong knowledge of Software Testing concepts and methodology.
• Experience in performing Mobile testing in Android and IOS devices and integrating with Cloud testing platforms like Saucelabs/BrowserStack/LambdaTest
• Understanding different test metrics for the project. Be able to document and share test metric reports with the team and project management.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply complex technical information to testing situations.
• Attention to detail and ability to effectively escalate issues and manage escalations.
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Ability to handle multiple assignments at one time and meet delivery dates.
• TestRail/JIRA knowledge is a plus.
• Adaptability and attention to finalizing testing details and duties amidst aggressive time challenges.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
