Job Title: Senior Salesforce FSL Developer ( Team Lead )

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: Noida, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and open for other Genpact locations

Shift Timings: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST (10-Hour Shift)

Working Mode: Hybrid (3 days a week)

Responsibilities

%CF; Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions within Salesforce Field Service (FSL),

including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, workflows, process builder

flows, and integrations.

%CF; Configure and customize FSL features such as scheduling, dispatching, optimization, mobile

workflows, and work orders.

%CF; Develop and maintain integrations between FSL and other systems using APIs and middleware.

%CF; Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate

them into technical specifications.

%CF; Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

%CF; Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FSL implementations.

%CF; Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices, especially in the FSL

domain.

%CF; Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

%CF; Develop and maintain technical documentation.

%CF; Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and development processes.

Required Skills & Experience

%CF; Strong Salesforce development experience with a focus on Field Service (FSL).

%CF; Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

%CF; Deep understanding of Salesforce FSL architecture, data model, and functionality.

%CF; Hands-on experience with FSL mobile app customization and offline capabilities.

%CF; Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations with external systems.

%CF; Solid foundation in object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.

%CF; Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

%CF; Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

%CF; Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Field Service Lightning Consultant

are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills

%CF; Experience with other Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).

%CF; Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

%CF; Knowledge of testing frameworks (Apex Unit Tests, Jest).
