Finance Executive (MIS and Analytics) - On Contract

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

• Prepare and maintain weekly, and monthly MIS reports for business and finance leadership.
• Track key financial and operational metrics including revenue, collections, margins, manpower cost, and profitability.
• Support the FP&A team in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, marketing, Finance etc for data collection and validation.
• Assist in management reporting and preparation of business review presentations.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights for decision-making.
• Ensure timely closure and circulation of MIS reports as per defined timelines.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and management requests from leadership.

Skills & Qualifications :

Educational Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com from a recognized university.

Experience

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting, FP&A support, or finance operations.
• Prior experience in handling large datasets and management reporting is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Good understanding of financial statements and business metrics.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar visualization tools will be preferred.
