Business Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking to hire a Business Analyst to join our product team. You will be responsible to conceptualize and develop business initiatives/strategies to drive organizational business planning for new initiatives.

To do well in this role, you need a very fine eye for detail, experience as a business analyst in requirement gathering and analyzing client requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the collection, analysis, and documentation of a client's business needs and requirements.
• Work closely with the product development team to share client feedback and for post-implementation reviews.
• Provide critical insights & recommendations for new product development.
• Produce presentations & documents for internal use and external use.
• Working with various stakeholders to define the key metrics to monitor.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven working experience of 2+ years as a business analyst.
• Good technical and business writing skills.
• Experience in Agile working practices.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Experience in SQL will be an added advantage.
• Engineering with an MBA will be an advantage.
