We’re looking for a dynamic Talent/Artist Manager to manage creator relationships, brand collaborations, and day-to-day talent operations. The role involves coordinating campaigns, handling partnerships, and supporting creators in building and growing their digital presence. Key Responsibili ties: Talent Management & Coordi nationCoordinate scheduling and logistics for creators and ta lents.Maintain and regularly update artist databases and performance re cords.Support in the creation and distribution of promotional materials for t alent.Collaborate with team members on special projects and brand initia tives.Provide day-to-day administrative support to the talent management team.Influencer Marketing & Campaign Exe cutionExecute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns in coordination with the internal team.Ideate and conceptualize new influencer-led campaign ideas aligned with client goals.Identify relevant influencers and celebrities for each cam paign.Source quotations, references, and content concepts from influencers and age ncies.Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for merchandising, gifting, and campaign exec ution.Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and manage appr ovals.Trends & Content Inno vationMonitor social and cultural trends to identify meme and content opportun ities.Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and relatable content ideas. Qualifications & Skills:3 to 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital mar keting.Strong understanding of social media platforms and creator ecos ystems.Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced envir onment.Creative thinker with a pulse on trends, pop culture, and internet humor.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting tools.
