Our affiliate program is live at affiliate.pelton.ai. Partners earn 60% of net margin on every referred subscriber, with 40% off the first month for their audience. Payouts run monthly via Stripe Connect. We review every application personally — usually within a day — and we’re scaling the team to match demand.
The Role
This is a remote, contract role for a Junior Affiliate Manager. The Junior Affiliate Manager will be responsible for searching, offering, contacting, recruiting, onboarding affiliates and managing relationships, supporting account management tasks, and driving sales through affiliate channels. The role includes overseeing affiliate campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring compliance, and assisting in optimizing affiliate strategies. The Junior Affiliate Manager will be required to match with overall business objectives.
What You’ll Do
Find & recruit affiliates - Proactively search for creators, developers, and AI-focused influencers across Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, newsletters, and communities. Identify partners whose audiences match Pelton — AI tools, developer productivity, frontier models, and power-user workflows. Reach out with personalized pitches: explain the program, answer questions, and move strong fits toward application and approval. Build a pipeline of recruited partners alongside inbound applicants.
Onboard affiliates
Review applications at affiliate.pelton.ai — evaluate audience fit, social presence, and pitch quality. Approve partners with the right slug, commission terms, and promo setup. Send magic-link access and guide affiliates through their dashboard. Help partners complete Stripe Connect onboarding and resolve payout issues.
Grow & support the program
Nurture relationships with recruited and inbound affiliates — check in, share content angles, and help them drive referrals. Monitor affiliate health: Connect status, referral velocity, refund rates, and fraud signals. Be the first point of contact at for partner questions and edge cases. Have opportunity to be part of marketing and sales operations which would compensate you upon performing a out of description marketing channel successfully.
Who You Are
A student or recent graduate from a tier 1 or 2 university in India, with at least 7.0+/10 CGPA. Interested in building a career in account management or business development. Interested in developments in AI field and software development tools. You’re comfortable doing outbound: finding right fit creators, writing outreach, following up, and closing partners into the program. You can review applications quickly and say yes or no with clear reasoning. You communicate clearly and personally; affiliates should feel like a real person read their application — because you did. You understand creator economics and can explain Pelton’s functionalities and affiliate payment structure simple and direct.
You’re organized, responsive, and comfortable with Stripe Connect, dashboards, and basic fraud signals, disciplined and able to perform a 9 to 6 role successfully.
Compensation
Basic base salary + performance commission
Base salary — paid monthly
Commission — 5% of Pelton’s sales revenue from successful affiliate-attributed sales, included in your total compensation package, paid on monthly basis. Your commission is tied directly to the revenue affiliates bring in. As you recruit more partners and they retain subscribers, your earnings grow with it, earnings have no upper limit cap.
