We're on the lookout for an entrepreneurial Business development and marketing Maverick with a proven history in the Polymer Industry. As a key player, you'll be instrumental in shaping our market presence, forging strategic alliances, and driving profitable revenue growth.

Market Analysis:
%CF; Dive deep into market dynamics and identifying opportunities in the Polymer Industry for India as well as potential export markets.
%CF; Craft sales strategies fueled by competitive intelligence and real-time market insights to enter new markets and acquire customers with focus on Antioxidants, UV stabilizers, Functional Additives, Pigments, Fillers, etc amongst other speciality chemicals.

Own your PnL:

%CF; Crush PnL targets and manage cash flows through relentless lead generation, strategic prospecting, and quick conversion tactics.
%CF; Deliver lightning-fast, accurate sales forecasts and reports to fuel growth engine.
%CF; Collaborate with internal teams for documentation & process driven order fulfillment.
Hustle for building a Business:
%CF; Make quick inroads into the market by establishing connections with end customers in the Polymer Industry ecosystem (focus on masterbatches, polymer compounds, PVC, Packaging and Engineering Polymer Industries) across India.
%CF; Fearlessly negotiate and close deals that propel our growth trajectory for Sales.
%CF; Swiftly address customer inquiries, continuous improvement for better conversion

Product Prowess:
%CF; Figure out gaps in the market with focus on above mentioned industries and product categories to to build a profitable business
%CF; Stay on the bleeding edge of industry trends, product innovations, and regulatory shifts in the export Industrial Chemical market.
%CF; Having thorough knowledge of necessary registration procedures for domestic licenses and work with internal teams to get it executed for compliant business

Qualifications:
%CF; Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. MBA is a power-up.
%CF; A minimum of 5 years of turbo-charged experience in sales or business development of Antioxidants, UV Stabilisers, Plasticizers, Colour Pigments,
Titanium Dioxide, Fillers, PV Stabilizers and other additives with a spotlight on India and experience in exports would be a positive.
%CF; Experience in selling commodity polymers with a strong customer network can be considered as well.
%CF; Expertise in above mentioned products, coupled with a keen sense of market trends and adaptive regulatory understanding.
%CF; Proven ability to build and sustain impactful business relationships.
%CF; The role requires candidates with an affinity for action and needs to adapt to a fast-moving environment
