Finishes Foreman
Job Description
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will take ownership of all finishes and fit-out activities, ensuring apartments, common areas, and shared facilities are completed to the highest standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all finishing trades through to practical completion.
- Driving quality outcomes across apartments, lobbies, amenities, and common areas.
- Coordinating subcontractors to achieve programme milestones.
- Conducting inspections and quality assurance checks.
- Managing defect identification, rectification, and close-out processes.
- Maintaining strong communication with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Ensuring all works are completed safely and in accordance with project specifications.
- Previous experience as a Finishes Foreman on multi-residential projects.
- Strong understanding of luxury finishes, fit-out sequencing, and quality control.
- Proven ability to manage multiple finishing trades simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to workmanship.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Stable employment history with reputable commercial or apartment builders.
- Work on a premium luxury apartment development with high-end finishes and architectural detail.
- Inner Brisbane location with minimal travel requirements.
