Job Description

Role Overview

As a sales specialist you will be responsible for engaging with potential candidates primarily U.S. Master's graduates, introducing our services, and driving sales through consultative conversations. You will be expected to generate leads, conduct cold calls, explain our offerings and close deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 80–120+ outbound calls daily.
  • Handle objections confidently and close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine sales scripts, participate in team meetings and improve sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
  • Work towards weekly and monthly sales targets.


Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or business development preferred.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Resilient to rejection and comfortable with high-volume cold calling.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
  • Strong learning mindset with a hungry, growth-driven attitude.
  • Comfortable working in U.S. shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST, Monday to Saturday).
  • Must be available to join from June 1st (mandatory).
  • Strong English communication skills (Telugu or any other additional language is a plus).


What We Offer

  • CTC: ₹4,20,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum + uncapped incentives from the very first sale (Salary is no barrier for the right fit).
  • First month: Training & probation period with ₹30,000 fixed pay + incentives.
