The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient dispatch of goods while maintaining accurate stock records. As a Dispatch Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating deliveries, managing inventory, and ensuring timely dispatch of orders.Key Responsibilities:Stock Management: Oversee the accurate and timely taking of stock, including daily inventory checks.Logistics Coordination: Ensure all logistics processes (from order receipt to dispatch) are efficiently managed.Order Dispatch: Supervise and coordinate the timely dispatch of products to customers or branches.Stock Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile stock discrepancies and resolve any issues that arise.Team Management: Supervise the dispatch team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.Reporting: Maintain and prepare daily and monthly reports on stock levels, orders, and dispatch status.Documentation: Ensure all necessary documents (such as shipping labels, invoices, etc.) are prepared and accurate.Inventory Control: Assist in ensuring stock is handled and stored in an organized and efficient manner.Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with customer service teams to address any issues related to dispatch and delivery.Skills & Qualifications:Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in stock-taking, logistics, or dispatch management.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Good communication skills for effective coordination with teams and customers.Basic knowledge of inventor
