C. Key Result Areas

èAccountable for design, development, and deployment of AI/GenAI solutions across enterprise use cases.

è Should have strong technical knowledge of:

·Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI

·Building intelligent copilots, chatbots, voicebots and workflow automation solutions

·Designing and implementing agentic workflows using frameworks (atleast two): Microsoft Agent Framework, CrewQI, LangGraph, LlamaIndex

·Integration of AI solutions with enterprise systems via APIs

è Responsible for production deployment and lifecycle management:

·Model deployment, scaling, and version control

·Monitoring AI systems using observability tools

·Logging, tracing, debugging AI pipelines

è Expertise in LLM optimization:

·Prompt engineering and prompt chaining

·Token usage optimization and cost management

·Fine-tuning models and evaluating performance

Working with leading Large Language Models (LLMs) such as

·OpenAI GPT (GPT-4, GPT-5,

·Google Gemini

·Meta LLaMA models

·Anthropic Claude

·Other enterprise/open-source LLMs

Designing and implementing voice-enabled AI solutions using:

·Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS)

·Azure Speech Services / real-time voice APIs

·Multimodal AI (text + voice interactions)

è Implement Responsible AI practices including governance, security, and compliance

è Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of AI systems

è Collaborate with cloud and DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines and MLOps/LLMOps implementation

è Drive innovation and POCs for emerging AI capabilities

·Relevant experience working with Azure or another public cloud solution (AWS/GCP)

·Strong knowledge of AI architecture, LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, agent design, and AI governance

·Required to work closely with Cloud, Data, and Business Teams to implement use-case driven AI solutions
