Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Performance Monitoring Monitor institutional KPIs and performance dashboards on a regular basis. Identify emerging risks, performance gaps, and operational concerns through data analysis. Track performance trends and provide timely recommendations for corrective action.
Dashboard & Data Management Maintain and update strategic dashboards and milestone trackers. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems. Validate information received from multiple departments before reporting.
Analytics & Executive Reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports. Develop executive summaries, analytical reports, and decision-support documents. Conduct trend analysis, variance analysis, and performance benchmarking.
Strategic Planning Support Track progress of institutional initiatives and strategic projects. Support annual planning and review exercises through data-driven insights. Contribute to performance evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Research & Intelligence Monitor developments in higher education, accreditation, policy, and regulatory frameworks. Prepare concise intelligence briefs highlighting implications for institutional strategy and performance. Stakeholder Coordination Collaborate with academic and administrative departments for data collection and reporting.
Coordinate reporting timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines. Eligibility Criteria:- Education Ph.D. or Postgraduate Degree in Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Public Policy, Education Administration, Operations Research, or a related discipline.
MBA will be an added advantage. Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in Strategic Planning, MIS & Reporting, Business/Data Analytics, Institutional Research, Quality Assurance, Performance Monitoring, or related functions.
