AVP/Vice President - HR
Job Description
Role: Assistant Vice President HR
Location: Hyderabad Corporate Office
Function: Human Resources
Accountability: Responsible for designing, guiding, and implementing effective HR policies, programmes, and procedures aligned with business strategy and organizational capability building.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose organizational environment through surveys and feedback at regular intervals.
Ensure organization structures are reviewed and updated (job analysis, job descriptions, role clarifications/redesign) to meet changing business needs.
Oversee induction, orientation, and onboarding for new joiners to integrate them effectively into the Visaka culture.
Implement performance management systems, including goal alignment, assessment/review, feedback, and individual development plans.
Lead talent management strategies to build and maintain a pipeline for key positions (workforce planning, competency profiling, assessment centers, cross-functional learning).
Drive job rotation/job enrichment plans based on skills and performance.
Develop leadership programs and ensure structured delivery of leadership skills.
Design and align training strategy and plans with business needs; guide annual training needs analysis, module development, delivery, and post-training effectiveness.
Develop employee engagement plans and implement actions to improve productivity and employee experience.
Devise rewards & recognition practices that fit Visakas priorities, culture, and employee demographics.
Promote innovation and ideation via collaborative communication platforms.
Conduct compensation benchmarking/restructuring and provide insights to top management.
Discharge additional roles as directed by HOD/Management.
Drive automation in HRMS & Payroll operations.
Conduct SWOT analysis for 1st and 2nd level leadership positions.
