Responsibilities

  • Administer general SCCM daily administration.
  • Designing, Planning, and Implementing System Center Configuration Manager.
  • Manage Upgrades.
  • Software distribution and Patch management.
  • Create and administer advertisements, programs, collections, and custom reports in SCCM.
  • Troubleshoot failed SCCM deployments and SCCM health issues.
  • Administer SCCM software delivery, including various methods such as running advertised programs, machine targeted, user targeted, Application Library, and Software Center.
  • Administer the SCCM tool set back end to keep the system running and healthy, including changes to the core components and settings, backups, restores, software delivery, client health, reporting, boundaries, and bandwidth settings.
  • Manage and administer SCCM client health, including the process of getting clients healthy.
  • Perform general SCCM administration and troubleshooting.
  • Troubleshooting OSD Task Sequences errors.
  • Create answer files with Windows Image Configuration Designer.
  • Experience with PowerShell.
  • Configuring WDS, configuring PXE, configuring the VM build environment, and integration with MDT.
  • Build / Capture / Update Windows 10 images.
  • Manage images (updating of Drivers, etc.).
  • Creating a deployment Task Sequence and deploying the Task Sequence.
  • Creating Packages for Operating System Deployments.
  • MS System Center Configuration Manager CB (SCCM CB).
  • MS Deployment Toolkit (MDT).
  • Operating System Deployment (OSD).
  • Knowledge on Incident/Problem Management.
  • Perform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with respective teams/individual to minimize the incidents, configuring Firewall rules, troubleshooting & Vendor coordination.
  • Prepare Weekly and monthly status reports.
  • Work on the service improvement programs. Effort estimation/reviews on need basis for new projects.

  • Understanding of AD basic concepts.
  • Understanding of application packaging and scripting.
  • Knowledge on mitigating application vulnerabilities.
