Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering professionals with strong expertise in CAD modeling , simulation workflows , and engineering analysis to contribute to an advanced aerospace-focused AI and engineering project. This role is ideal for engineers with hands-on experience working on complex aerospace systems, simulations, and design optimization initiatives within high-performance engineering environments.

You will work on aerospace design and simulation tasks involving industry-standard engineering tools, helping evaluate and support sophisticated engineering workflows. Candidates with backgrounds in globally recognized aerospace and engineering organizations are strongly preferred.

CONTRACT: Contractor assignment (8 weeks)

COMMITMENT: Part-time (20h/week) or Full-time (40h/week) with minimum 4h PST overlap

LOCATION: Remote — India, Mexico, Bangladesh, Brazil, Colombia, Egypt

PROCESS: Delivery Review → Short Interview → Offline Assessment

NOTES: Strong communication skills are required. Candidates currently working with leading aerospace/engineering companies are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine CAD models for aerospace-related engineering projects
  • Perform simulations and engineering analysis using industry-standard tools
  • Translate engineering requirements into simulation workflows and technical models
  • Validate and optimize designs based on simulation outcomes
  • Work with aerospace and mechanical engineering datasets and specifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering stakeholders
  • Document methodologies, assumptions, processes, and results
  • Support evaluation and improvement of engineering workflows and outputs
  • Contribute to technically rigorous aerospace design initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
  • 8+ years of experience in CAD engineering and simulation-focused environments
  • Strong aerospace or mechanical engineering fundamentals
  • Hands-on experience with aerospace modeling, simulation, or design projects
  • Proficiency with CAD and simulation tools such as CATIA, SolidWorks, ANSYS, or MATLAB
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
