Territory Sales Manager / Senior Territory Sales Executive
Job Description
Position: Territory Sales Manager / Senior Territory Sales Executive (TSM / Sr. TSE)
Key Responsibilities
· Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
· Generate enquiries from industrial customers, EPCs, OEMs, and consultants.
· Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
· Prepare and coordinate techno-commercial offers and follow up until order closure.
· Track market trends, competitor activities, and new project opportunities.
· Coordinate with Production and Dispatch teams for timely delivery.
· Manage payment collection and credit control for the assigned territory.
· Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high service levels.
· Submit regular MIS reports, forecasts, and market updates to management.
Key Skills Required
· Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
· Experience in pumps / mechanical / industrial equipment sales.
· Strong territory management capability.
· Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
· Ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings.
Eligibility & Compensation
· Experience: 3–15 years (based on seniority fitment)
· Location: North India / West India
· Notice Period: Open
