Strategy & Product Marketing role with Leading Insurance Company Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and own the focussed market & product marketing strategy to achieve product, project and ultimately customer success.
Lead cross-functional teams with respect to existing product marketing and to device segmented marketing plans across channels.
Lead seller acquisition across channels, work closely with sales leaders and business planners to create roadmaps. Identify industry best practices, devise new strategies, continuously monitor and update stake holders.
Maintain high attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
Drive and own the top 3 strategic pillars for the company as per the agreed AOP with the management.
We expect the following things from you
A minimum of + years of solid product marketing experience (BFSI industry a plus)
Ability to construct a roadmap, get buy-in from a larger team on the same and direct a team towards the common roadmap in a structured fashion.
End to End delivery – making phasing decisions, creating GTMs, analysing post launch metrics and continuous iteration
Data oriented approach – a keen eye for numbers and the ability to derive insights and product decisions-based numbers. Solid grasp on statistical techniques for experimentation and analysis is an added advantage.
