We are currently seeking a Salesforce Senior Commerce Cloud B2C Business Analyst to join our team in ​​​​​​​Bangalore, Karnataka, ​​​​​​​India.

Role: Salesforce Senior Commerce Cloud B2C Business Analyst

• 5+ years of experience working on Salesforce implementation projects with end-to-end experience with the Salesforce platformWith 1-2 years working on SFCC
• Strong Knowledge of Salesforce B2C or B2B Commerce Cloud as Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, workflows, and best practices.
• Conduct scope gap analysis and map out the current vs To-Be processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and define solutions
• Have creative problem solving and analysis skills with an ability to identify, develop and implement solutions to gaps to meet the needs of the business
• Ability to lead and/or participate in design sessions and communicate design options to clients
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methods
• Strong Stakeholder management and client-facing skills
• Salesforce Certifications base line requirementsSales and OR Service Cloud Consultant AND Salesforce Admin
• Ability to identify risk with an analytical approach to work.
• Experience in engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure that customers and user needs are being met throughout the deliverable/scope of work.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and identify recommendations for improvements.
• Thorough experience in writing acceptance criteria related to functional and non-functional requirements, business processes, features, user stories and business rules.
