Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager / Recruitment Manager
with expertise in hiring for Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) or Banking, Financial
Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sectors. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of
experience in talent acquisition, including at least 2 years focused on recruiting for Loan
Against Property (LAP) or Home Loans (HL) roles.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
%CF; Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring
alignment with LoanKuber’s growth objectives.
%CF; Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles in LAP and HL operations.
End-to-End Recruitment:
%CF; Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
%CB; Job posting and advertisement.
%CB; Candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
%CB; Conducting interviews and coordinating assessments.
%CB; Offer negotiation and seamless onboarding.
%CF; Utilize multiple sourcing channels, such as job portals, social media, employee referrals,
and partnerships with recruitment agencies.
Stakeholder Management:
%CF; Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand workforce needs and
refine job requirements.
%CF; Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and market trends to key
stakeholders.
Market Expertise:
%CF; Stay abreast of trends in the NBFC/BFSI industry, particularly in LAP and HL
recruitment.
%CF; Advise leadership on best practices for attracting high-performing candidates in a
competitive market.
Recruitment Analytics:
%CF; Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and
quality-of-hire.
%CF; Use insights from recruitment data to identify areas for process improvement and
enhance hiring efficiency.
Compliance and Employer Branding:
%CF; Ensure all recruitment practices comply with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
%CF; Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen LoanKuber’s employer brand through
social media, employee testimonials, and branding campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills:
%CF; Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field (Master’s degree preferred).
%CF; Experience:
%CB; Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years
focused on NBFC/BFSI recruitment, specifically for LAP or HL roles.
%CB; Strong understanding of the NBFC/BFSI landscape and functional knowledge of
LAP and HL operations.
%CF; Technical Skills: Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and social media
sourcing techniques.

%CB; Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
%CB; Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple recruitment projects
simultaneously.
