- 1. 10+ Experience in agile methodology values, principles, and should be able to plan, manage, and deliver solutions for assigned Project Deliverables.
2. Should have worked on Java & Cloud technologies projects and preferably from BFSI Domain.
3. Experience in determining and managing Client escalations, resource management, Revenue Statements and action items.
4. Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams with any impediments.
5. Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
6. Tracking project processes, deliverables.
7. Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
8. Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
9. Strong and excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills - must have requirement.
