Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

• Work on Packaging Equipment Layouts on AutoCAD. • Preparing Mechanical Technical specifications for packaging equipment such as Primary, Secondary and End of line Packaging ( Palletizers ), and conveyors etc. • Working with the designers to develop technical packaging equipment documents so that the client’s needs and other industry standards are met to the highest level • Work with stakeholders to execute the project on time.

• Ensure the technical competencies and reputation of the mechanical/packaging engineers are enhanced and developed to consistently meet the technical requirements of projects and studies. • Evaluating technically and making recommendations for the purchase of various Packaging equipment items. • Participates as a team member on various manufacturing engineering projects i.e.

Changeovers in layout during new product launches, equipment & machine changes and surges in production. • Should be able to execute FMCG/Chemical product Packaging projects. • Must have hands on experience on designing tools e.g., AutoCAD, Solidworks/Inventors etc.

• Available to travel overseas and Domestic clients (As per Requirement) • Ability to understand technical documents e.g., RFQs, Scope of work documents. • Specialty in Primary Packaging, secondary packaging including End-of-Line (EOL) packaging systems. • Ability to manage client interaction and peer review on design issues during all project development phases.
