Harvested Robotics -- Robotics Systems Engineer / Senior Robotics Engineer

Focus: Full system ownership, integration, reliability

•Own end-to-end robot system architecture

•Integrate perception, planning, targeting, embedded controls, sensors and compute

•Work across robotics + embedded + perception teams

•Build reliable field-ready robotic systems

•Design system for rugged outdoor deployment

•Improve targeting reliability on uneven terrain

•Define latency budgets & system timing

•Debug full stack: ROS2, embedded firmware, sensors, networking

•Design fail-safe and recovery behaviors

•Optimize compute pipelines for real-time

•Own robot performance in field trials

•4+ years robotics / autonomous systems

•Strong C++ and Python

•Strong ROS2 architecture experience

•Strong Linux systems knowledge

•Experience integrating multiple sensors

•Experience working with embedded systems

•Experience building real-world robotic systems

•Understanding of perception, planning, calibration, controls

•Strong debugging across hardware + software

•System thinker
