As our Business Development & Customer Success Manager, you will sit at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and high-impact client consulting. You will own three core pillars: running tailored product demos for HR leaders/CXOs, conducting deep-dive customer research, and crafting the value narrative that drives ROI.

What You Will Do

1. Product Demos & Pre-Sales

  • Deliver structured, customized product demonstrations to CHROs, TA Directors, and Enterprise Leaders.
  • Build highly relevant demo scenarios tailored to specific industries and hiring profiles.
  • Translate complex AI platform features into clear business outcomes (e.g., faster time-to-hire, reduced bias, lower cost-per-hire).

2. Customer & Market Research

  • Perform deep-dive research on target accounts (headcount trends, org structures, pain points, competitor landscapes) before every engagement.
  • Synthesize insights from client calls to guide our product and leadership teams.
  • Track recruitment tech trends, ATS market shifts, and competitor positioning.

3. Solution Positioning & Outreach

  • Develop tailored value propositions for GCCs, high-growth startups, BFSI, and IT Services.
  • Lead consultative discovery calls to uncover explicit and latent hiring challenges.
  • Partner with the marketing team to design high-impact pitch decks and targeted outreach campaigns.

4. Pipeline Development & Customer Success

  • Identify, qualify, and build a healthy pipeline of enterprise prospects.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles from first contact through commercial closure.
  • Monitor platform adoption, run regular Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), and own client renewals/retention.


Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for driven, high-aptitude individuals who fit into one of these two profiles:


Profile A: Fresh MBA Graduate (Premier B-School)

  • Education: MBA from a top-tier institution (IIM, ISB, IIT, XLRI, MDI, SPJIMR, or equivalent).
  • Experience: Strong internship background in SaaS, HR-Tech, B2B sales, or management consulting.
  • Traits: Highly analytical, exceptional communication, structured research skills, and a strong drive to build a business function from the ground up.


Profile B: Experienced Professional (1–4 Years)

  • Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven success selling Enterprise SaaS, HR-Tech, or Talent Acquisition platforms.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline, hit quotas, and independently run product demos.
  • Stakeholder Management: Completely comfortable engaging and presenting to CHROs and TA Directors.


Skills We Prioritize

Must-Have:

  • Exceptional product demo delivery and business storytelling.

  • Consultative, solution-oriented selling approach.
  • Elite executive communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • High level of preparation and structured thinking.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Prior experience with HR-Tech, ATS, or HRMS software.
  • Strong understanding of GCC (Global Capability Center) and MNC hiring dynamics.
  • Familiarity with modern sales tech: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
