Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Service Engineer with experience in capital equipment and packaging machinery across various industry verticals in India. The role involves installation, commissioning, servicing, and troubleshooting of company products, ensuring optimal performance, high customer satisfaction, and long-term client relationships through effective technical support.

Responsibilities:

• Installation, commissioning, and servicing of mechanical systems including conveyors, automation, and factory machinery.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical breakdowns at customer sites.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure smooth machine operation.

• Coordinate with internal design, production, and service teams for issue resolution and system improvements.

• Provide technical support and training to customers on operation and basic maintenance.

• Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and visit documentation.

• Ensure timely closure of service calls while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Follow safety standards and company service protocols at all times.

Requisite Skills:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in servicing industrial machinery, automation systems, or conveyors.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical assemblies, drives, bearings, motors, and material handling systems.

• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and layouts.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and service support.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, service reporting).
