Siebel Configuration Specialist

Role Purpose

To design, configure, and enhance Siebel CRM applications by leveraging configuration tools, automation through workflows, scripting using eScript, and integration via EAI to support business processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure Siebel applications including applets, views, business components, and business objects
• Develop and maintain Siebel configurations to meet business requirements
• Design and implement Siebel Workflows for process automation
• Develop and maintain scripts using eScript for custom logic and validations
• Work with Siebel EAI to design and implement system integrations
• Perform data mapping and integration using EAI components such as Integration Objects, Business Services, and Adapters
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration, scripting, workflow, and integration issues
• Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders for requirement analysis and solution design
• Optimize performance and ensure best practices in Siebel development
• Support deployments, testing, and production issue resolution
