Sr. Lead Platform Engineering - Azure

Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive.\n\nThe Role\nLead the design and development of enterprise Azure platform architecture , including networking, identity, security, and shared services\nDefine and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards using Terraform and Azure-native tools\nDevelop and maintain automation using Ansible , PowerShell, and scripting languages\nArchitect, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Azure platform and infrastructure deployments\nImplement and enforce Azure governance using Management Groups, Azure Policy, RBAC, and Landing Zones\nCollaborate with Security and Risk teams to integrate compliance, identity, and security controls\nProvide technical leadership, design reviews, and mentorship to platform and DevOps engineers\nEnable application teams through reusable modules, templates, and self-service capabilities\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve Azure platform reliability and performance\n\nWho You Are\nRequired Skills:\n8+ years of extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure in enterprise environments\nStrong expertise in Terraform for Azure infrastructure provisioning\nProven experience with Ansible Automation or equivalent configuration management tools\nDeep understanding of DevOps principles , CI/CD , and platform engineering practices\nAdvanced knowledge of Azure services including networking, compute, storage, and identity\nStrong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)\nExperience with Git-based workflows and collaborative development practices\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience\n8-10 years of experience in cloud, platform, or DevOps engineering roles\nExperience working in large, complex, or regulated enterprise environments\nStrong familiarity with: Azure Landing Zones and enterprise-scale architecture\nAzure Monitor, Log Analytics, and observability tooling\nAKS and container-based platforms\n\nKnowledge of Azure security, governance, and compliance frameworks\nRelevant certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer, Terraform)\n\nBeing You\nThe "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
