Job Title-Enterprise Architect\nLocation- India\nJob Description\nWe are looking for a hands-on Enterprise Architect who can lead end-to-end digital and\nenterprise transformation engagements for our clients.\nYou will define capability models, application portfolios, and integration architectures while building modernization roadmaps that bridge business strategy and technical execution.\nThis role demands someone equally comfortable in executive stakeholder conversations and deep technical design sessions.\nOur clients span Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Technology, Energy, Media,\nGovernment, Education, and Hospitality - and you will need to rapidly develop working\nknowledge of each client's industry context to deliver credible, relevant architecture guidance.\nKey Responsibilities\n%CF; Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks aligned to industry standards\n(TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent) tailored to client context\n%CF; Build business capability models and map current-state vs. target-state architectures to\nidentify transformation gaps\n%CF; Design application architecture portfolios including rationalization, modernization, and\ndecommissioning strategies\n%CF; Architect integration patterns and enterprise service models for complex, multi-system\nenvironments\n%CF; Create multi-year technology modernization roadmaps aligned to business priorities\nand funding cycles\n%CF; Define architectural governance processes, principles, and review boards for client\norganizations\n%CF; Align enterprise architecture strategies to our core capability areas: Modern Supply\nChain & Operations, Enterprise Office Transformation, Finance AI, Growth & Revenue\nAI, and Legal & HR Next\n%CF; Lead cross-functional architecture workshops and working sessions with client\nstakeholders at all levels\n%CF; Produce architecture deliverables including current/target state diagrams, transition\narchitectures, and risk registers\nSoft Skills & Culture Fit\nStrategic thinker, executive presence, consensus builder, structured problem-solver, adaptable,\noutcome-focused, industry-versatile\nIndustry & Domain Exposure\nCandidates should have working experience or demonstrable exposure across 2 or more of our\nserved industries: Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail & Consumer Goods,\nManufacturing & Supply Chain, Technology & Telco, Energy & Utilities, Media & Entertainment,\nGovernment & Public Sector, Education, or Hospitality & Travel. Familiarity with at least one of\nour core capability areas - Modern Supply Chain & Operations, Finance AI, Growth & Revenue\nAI, Legal & HR Next, or Enterprise Office Transformation - is strongly preferred.\nTechnical Requirements\nMust-Have Skills\n%CF; Tier 1: Enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF/Zachman), business capability\nmodeling, application portfolio management, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP),\nintegration architecture patterns, Agile and DevOps delivery models\n%CF; Tier 2: Domain-driven design (DDD), event-driven architecture (EDA), microservices\ndecomposition patterns, enterprise API gateway design, IaC-aligned architecture\nstandards\nNice-to-Have Skills\nExperience with EA tooling (LeanIX, Ardoq, Sparx EA), value stream mapping, business\nprocess modeling (BPMN), AI integration into enterprise capability maps
