Junior Architect (PMC) – Mumbai
Qualification: B.Arch.
Experience:* 1–3 Years
Location: Mumbai
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Architect to join our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) Team and support redevelopment and construction projects across Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in feasibility studies, redevelopment planning, and preparation of architectural drawings.
* Review and verify developer plans, approvals, and statutory compliance.
* Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress against approved drawings.
* Prepare site visit reports, progress reports, and project documentation.
* Support tender preparation, technical evaluations, and project presentations.
Required Skills
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
* Basic knowledge of DCPR regulations and redevelopment projects.
* Ability to read architectural and construction drawings.
* Good communication, coordination, and report-writing skills.
