Location- Pune\nTotal experience- 6-9\n\nResponsibilities\nManage company's Mac Systems infrastructure.\nTroubleshooting day to day end users’ issues with iOS, Android, Mac and Windows 10.\nConfiguring Intune security policies, profiles, compliance, etc.\nSoftware updates and patch Management.\nRequired to work in 24*7 support model.\nCoordination with vendor, various teams for operational activities.\nDevice Compliance management.\nKnowledge of ADMX and deployment.\nTesting of Build on customer provided assets from compatibility perspective.\nTesting of Build against customer SOE.\nApplication and Device life cycle Management.\nResponsible for collating & sending daily work reports and records of all work types received and completed.\nConduct training and session with Team.\n\nQualifications\n\nMust-Have: In-depth knowledge of and experience with MacOS System engineering tasks, techniques.\nInstall, configure and support hardware and software on MacOS devices.\nUnderstanding of DEP and VPP programs from Apple.\nDeploying and managing Office apps, LOB apps, Weblinks, store apps through Intune.\nApple APN certificate Management and renewal, MDM authority Provisioning, Role Based Access control management.\nAzure Active Directory groups and users management.\nMobile Device Management and Mobile Application Management through Intune.\nWin10 Autopilot enrollment, DATP, monitoring and compliance.\nNon-compliant devices retirement, house-keeping activities, end user communication assistance etc.\nManaging and configuring Security policies, configuration profile policies, restriction policies, etc.\nPreparation of device compliance report and improve the compliance percentage month on month basis.\nImprove quality of services, using trend analysis and improve compliance using exceptional methodology.\nActing as an interface between the client and Intune MDM system.\nIdentify the issue by interpreting and design a resolution based on product knowledge and features.\nKnowledge of Android Enterprise, DEP, Autopilot, Mac Management, etc.\nKnowledge on Incident/Problem Management.\nPerform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with respective teams/individual to minimize the incidents, configuring Firewall rules, troubleshooting & Vendor coordination.\nPrepare Weekly and monthly status reports.\nWork on the service improvement programs. Effort estimation/reviews on need basis for new projects.\n\nRequired Skills\n\nAdminister general SCCM daily administration.\nSoftware distribution and Patch management.\nWorking knowledge of Jamf product.\nPerform general SCCM administration and troubleshooting.\nUnderstanding of application packaging and scripting.\nPerform RCA for Major Incidents.\nExperience with PowerShell.\n\nPreferred Skills\n\nGood-to-Have: Administer general SCCM daily administration.\nSoftware distribution and Patch management.\nWorking knowledge of Jamf product.\nPerform general SCCM administration and troubleshooting.\nUnderstanding of application packaging and scripting.\nPerform RCA for Major Incidents.\nExperience with PowerShell.
