Job overview:

Sea6 Energy is looking for a Quality Control executive with the ability to conduct

experiments related to analyticalchemistry and microbiology.

The job will involve:

1. Quality Control & Testing

• Ensure the timely sampling and testing of all raw materials, packaging components,

and finished products to verify adherence to established specifications.

• Conduct experimentation to support the analysis and release of different production

batches.

• Perform precise analysis on key quality parameters, including carbohydrates,

proteins, and moisture content.

2. Analytical Techniques

• Execute hands-on experiments utilizing advanced analytical techniques such as

spectrophotometry and chromatographic methods (e.g., HPLC).

• Prepare complex samples for analysis using techniques like Liquid-Liquid Extraction

(LLE).

• Accurately analyse and interpret data generated from all laboratory experiments,

maintaining robust documentation.

3. Method Development & External Coordination

• Drive the development and validation of new analytical methods for the precise

estimation of various product components.

• Coordinate and manage analytical requests with third-party laboratories for

specialized testing services, including Mass Spectrometry (MS) and Inductively

Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry (ICP-OES).

4. Compliance and Continuous Improvement

• Ensure all laboratory equipment is qualified, validated, and calibrated on a regular

and timely basis.

• Oversee the validation and regular review of all internal test procedures to maintain

compliance and accuracy.

• Champion the continuous improvement of all Quality Control functions and

processes.

The job will provide an opportunity to gain experience in working with a multi-disciplinary

R&D team on exciting and innovative projects to develop cutting edge products for the

Agriculture, Animal feed, and Food additive industries.

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M. Sc. in chemistry/ biotechnology.

• Hands-on experience with spectrometry and chromatography instruments and

techniques .

• The ability to research and develop new experimental protocols for chemical analysis.

• Good command over written and spoken communication skills.
