Industry: HEPA Filters, FFU, Cleanroom & Air Filtration Products
Experience
• 2–5 years (Freshers with relevant technical background may apply)
Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical
Engineering
• MBA (Marketing) – Preferred but not mandatory
Role Overview
The Junior Sales Engineer will support the sales team in promoting and selling
HEPA filters and cleanroom products by generating leads, coordinating client
interactions, and assisting in closing sales.
Objectives of the Role
• Represent the company’s HEPA filter and cleanroom products professionally
• Generate leads and build customer relationships
• Support achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Develop understanding of customer needs and market requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell HEPA filters, FFUs, and air filtration solutions
• Identify potential customers and arrange client meetings
• Conduct site visits and basic product demonstrations
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer data Assist senior
sales staff in achieving sales targets
Required Skills
• Basic technical knowledge of HEPA filters / HVAC systems
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel for sales activities
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Strong learning attitude and customer-oriented mindset
Compensation
