The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to prepare and deliver tailored proposals, and supporting contract execution. Other day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong client relationships, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.\nQualifications\nProven sales and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate across departments to meet client needs.\nProficiency in using CRM tools, sales analytics platforms, and other sales software is preferred.\nOutstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.\nKnowledge of the life sciences industry and experience in B2B sales is an advantage.\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.\nHighly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
