Together, we’re pioneering the future of science and medicine, developing products that enable researchers in the fight to save lives.\nWhat you’ll do\nSupport the budgeting, forecasting and provide analysis of cost by department/functional stakeholders\nAble to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change\nConduct meetings reviewing expenditure and projects, highlighting potential overruns and trends.\nProvide variance reporting and investigative analysis against budgets, forecast and performance results.\nFacilitate headcount forecast and overall people cost analysis as required and maintain the integrity of correctly allocating cost to appropriate cost centers.\nFinancial month end responsibilities\nIdentify opportunities for initiatives from insight analysis and work on initiatives around finance process, systems and data pertaining to operational costs.\nWho you are\nMBA, CA, CMA, 6 years and more – relevant experience in Budgeting, Forecast, Management Reporting, FP&A\nExcellent analytical skills and accounting\nStrong PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications such as OneStream, Oracle, Qliksense, Qlikview, etc. Strong Excel skills in data compilations and aggregation\nWorking hours in shifts (between 10:00 am till 11:00 pm\n\nJoin our winning team today.
