Strategic Account Manager, Account Management
Job Description
Build strong communication channels at all levels of the seller's organization, set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage towards a growth plan.\n· Managing and driving the growth of the seller's business: Build and execute on a strategic account plan that delivers on key business opportunities for the seller and Amazon.\n· Managing key improvement initiatives and projects: Drive new product launches and relationship extensions by partnering with the business development and onboarding teams.\n· Work with sellers to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience.\n· Analyzing the business: Conduct deep dive analysis and provide routine executive-level reporting on the seller's current business and future opportunities. Publish recommendations and action plans based on data.\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:\n- 1+ years of sales experience\n- Bachelor's degree\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\n- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service\n- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights\n- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in managing and troublshooting network\n- Experience working with fast-moving, high-performance teams and driving innovative solutions tailored to unique business environments\n- - Willingness to travel as per requirement to meet sellers and drive business objectives\n\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
