Sr. Automation Engineer (RPA), AR Automation

You will work with diverse stakeholders to analyze existing processes, architect future-state solutions, and deliver high-impact automations that drive operational excellence.\n\nKey job responsibilities\nResponsibilities:\n• Design and develop automation solutions using AI, ML, LLMs, AWS services, and RPA tools like UiPath\n\n• Optimize and maintain existing automations, including SQL query optimization and database management\n\n• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical specifications, and ensure solutions meet business objectives\n\n• Lead multiple concurrent automation projects from inception to deployment while meeting established timelines\n\n• Implement robust error handling, monitoring, and testing procedures to ensure automation reliability\n\n• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions across various financial systems and processes\n\n• Provide technical consultation on automation possibilities and maintain solution documentation\n\n• Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to the teams automation strategy through knowledge sharing and best practices\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields\n- Knowledge of one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, Perl)\n- Experience identifying and improving business processes\n- Experience in stakeholder and communication management\n- 3+ years of experience in RPA development or automation\n- Hands-on experience with at least one RPA tool (UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism)\n- excellent knowledge of databases (SQL) and APIs\n- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\n- Experience with AI/ML technologies\n- Experience with AWS or cloud technologies\n- Experience in Finance, HR, or Supply Chain automation processes\n\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
