In this role, you will lead complex testing initiatives, champion test automation strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence quality practices, mentor team members, and contribute to innovative solutions that support our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.\nJob Responsibilities\nLead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for complex Salesforce implementations and integrated systems.\nAnalyze business, functional, and technical requirements to identify testing scope, risks, and quality objectives.\nValidate Salesforce customizations, including Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, Process Builder, APIs, and third-party integrations.\nDrive end-to-end testing activities including Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and User Acceptance Testing support.\nLead defect management activities, ensuring accurate documentation, root cause analysis, prioritization, and resolution tracking.\nDevelop, enhance, and maintain robust automated test frameworks and reusable automation assets using the TOSCA Automation Framework.\nIdentify automation opportunities and drive automation adoption to improve test coverage, efficiency, and release quality.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to test environments, automation execution, and integrated systems.\nCollaborate closely with developers, product owners, business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.\nMentor and provide technical guidance to junior QA engineers, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.\nParticipate in test estimation, release planning, risk assessments, and quality reviews.\nDefine and track quality metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve product quality and testing effectiveness.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating emerging QA tools, technologies, and methodologies.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with increasing responsibility in enterprise application testing.\nStrong experience testing Salesforce applications, including customizations, integrations, and platform capabilities.\nAdvanced understanding of software QA methodologies, testing processes, and SDLC/Agile practices.\nHands-on experience with TOSCA Automation Framework, including framework design, maintenance, and optimization.\nProven experience developing and executing automated test solutions for enterprise applications.\nStrong knowledge of API, integration, and end-to-end business process testing.\nExperience with defect management and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.\nExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, lead testing efforts, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across global teams.\nDemonstrated ability to mentor team members and influence quality best practices across projects.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSalesforce certifications or experience working in Salesforce-centric environments.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.\nKnowledge of cloud technologies, enterprise integrations, and modern software architectures.\nExperience leading QA efforts for large-scale enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives.\nIf you are passionate about quality engineering, automation excellence, and driving continuous improvement, we encourage you to join our team and help deliver solutions that enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.\n\n]]>
