You must thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.\n\nA day in the life\nYour day starts by connecting the dots across teams, aligning product, engineering, and operations leaders on what matters most for our customer and business. You will run strategic reviews, unblock cross-functional dependencies, and make trade-off decisions that keep programs on track.

Some days you are deep in data, shaping the roadmap; other days you are in a room full of senior leaders driving alignment on the next big bet. No two days look the same, but every day you are directly influencing how fast customers get their packages.\n\nAbout the team\nPRISM is Amazon Delivery's central Technical Program Management organization.
