Job Responsibilities:
Generate revenue through kiosks, promotional stalls, canopy activations, sponsorships, and advertising opportunities within the mall.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, client meetings, and corporate tie-ups.
Coordinate and execute mall events, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
Build and maintain relationships with brands, retailers, agencies, and business partners.
Assist in planning and implementing BTL activities to increase mall visibility and footfall.
Coordinate day-to-day social media activities, including content planning, creative follow-ups, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and agencies to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing activities, and business development efforts.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Marketing preferred).
1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Mall/Retail Marketing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
Willingness to travel locally for business development and promotional activities.
