About the Role:\nWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support Ankit Srivastava, Chief Editor (New Delhi Times and Nai Dilli Times) in managing business commitments. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.\nHandle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of Ankit Srivastava.\nCoordinate meetings, events, and business engagements.\nMaintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.\nAssist with personal and business-related tasks, including documentation and filing.\nOversee project deadlines, reminders, and follow-ups.\nLiaise with internal teams, external partners, and vendors as required.\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree preferred.\n2+ years of experience in a similar role.\nStrong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and task management tools.\nAbility to work independently and multitask efficiently.\nDiscretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential matters.\n\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive salary based on experience.\nDynamic and professional work environment.\nOpportunities for career growth and development.
