Key Responsibilities\n\nMust have experience working in Salesforce CRM and AI Domain.\n\nDemand Generation & Outreach\nIdentify, research, and generate high-quality B2B leads across industries and target accounts.\nConnect with CXOs, founders, and senior decision-makers via LinkedIn and other professional platforms.\nBuild and maintain prospect lists and pipelines using CRM and outreach tools.\nPerformance Marketing (Paid Campaigns)\nAssist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta.\nHelp refine targeting, messaging, and creatives to improve lead quality and conversion rates.\nResearch new audience segments, platforms, and growth opportunities for B2B demand generation.\nEmail & Nurture Marketing\nSupport execution of email marketing campaigns and automated drip sequences for B2B prospects and decision-makers.\nAssist with contact segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing of email campaigns.\nMonitor engagement metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to improve campaign effectiveness.\nEvent & Partnership Support\nAssist in planning, coordinating, and executing webinars, conferences, and industry events.\nSupport outreach to partners, speakers, and attendees before and after events to maximize participation and lead capture.\nHelp track event performance, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-ups.\nAnalytics & Reporting\nTrack and analyse growth and demand generation performance using CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.\nCollaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging and campaigns with performance data.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nStrong interest in B2B growth marketing, lead generation, and demand creation.\nComfortable with LinkedIn outreach, email tools, and CRM platforms.\nFamiliarity with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta) is a plus.\nGood communication skills and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders.\nOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.\nPrior internship, coursework, or certification in digital, growth, or performance marketing preferred.\nFocus on account-based marketing\nIT or consulting background\nAi SEO Traffic Increase strategies\n30-40 qualified leads from USA per month\nLinkedIn ad’s and Google ad’s
