By collaborating with our forward-thinking engineering team, you'll play a pivotal role in accelerating the delivery of medicines to the world.\nWhat You Will Achieve\nIn this role, you will:\nOversee maintenance and reliability engineering for manufacturing equipment and facility systems including building infrastructure.\nExecute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure high equipment uptime and operational continuity\nLead and support Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), investigations, and CAPA implementation for equipment-related deviations\nDevelop and manage maintenance strategies (PM/PdM optimization) and equipment reliability programs\nContribute to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives and drive improvements in OEE and asset utilization\nProvide engineering support for equipment installation, modification, and project execution, including preparation of technical specifications and scope of work\nSupport equipment lifecycle management, including commissioning, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and decommissioning activities\nEnsure adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and quality standards, including PM and documentation compliance\nPrepare, review, and maintain technical documentation such as SOPs, risk assessments (FMEA/QRA), and maintenance records\nSupport cross-functional collaboration with Production, QA, QC, and external vendors for timely execution of engineering activities\nPromote a culture of safety and compliance through proactive safety assessments and adherence to EHS standards\nHere Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering\nMinimum 6-8 years of experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment\nHands-on experience in maintenance of manufacturing equipment such as:\nTablet compression machines, Granulation systems, Packaging equipment\nStrong knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory expectations\nExperience in:\nRoot Cause Analysis (RCA)\nPreventive and predictive maintenance\nFailure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)\nBasic knowledge of automation systems / process controls (preferred)\nGood communication and technical documentation skills\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across functions\nNice to Have (Preferred Skills)\nExperience in TPM / Reliability Engineering Programs\nExposure to equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ)\nKnowledge of AutoCAD / P&ID interpretation\nExperience in fire & life safety systems / EHS compliance\nExposure to energy optimization and cost improvement initiatives\n\nPfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.\n\nTo learn more about acceptable and prohibited uses of AI during the recruitment process, please review our candidate AI-use guidelines available on Pfizer Careers .\n\nEngineering]]>
