Manage the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through implementation, while building strong relationships with business partners and technical teams.\n\nWe are looking for an experienced Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Business Analyst with strong expertise in manufacturing, procurement, supply planning, demand planning, and supply chain management . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end JD Edwards implementations , strong functional configuration skills, and the ability to work closely with global business partners to deliver scalable supply chain solutions.\nKey Responsibilities Work as a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant for Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne in the areas of manufacturing, procurement, supply planning, and demand planning .\nLead and support end-to-end implementation projects , including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.\nConfigure and support new plants, sites, and multi-facility business processes in JD Edwards.\nDesign and configure manufacturing and procurement flows , including shop floor, inventory, purchasing, planning, and related supply chain processes.\nConfigure and support MRP, supply planning, demand planning, and capacity requirements planning across multiple facilities.\nPartner with global supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, planning, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into JD Edwards solutions.\nPrepare detailed functional specifications for enhancements, integrations, reports, and custom developments.\nSupport business process improvements across global supply chain operations.\nCollaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery.\nProvide strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nREQUIREMENTS:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.\nMinimum 7 years of experience working with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.\nMinimum 2 successful end-to-end JD Edwards implementation experiences.\nStrong functional experience in manufacturing, procurement, supply planning, and demand planning modules/processes.\nHands-on experience in JD Edwards configuration for manufacturing plants, procurement processes, planning, and multi-facility setups.\nStrong understanding of MRP, capacity requirements planning, supply planning, and demand planning.\nSolid knowledge of end-to-end supply chain management concepts.\nExposure to managing or supporting global supply chain processes .\nExperience working with business partners to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions.\nStrong experience in writing functional specifications , process documents, and configuration documents.\nExperience with data analysis, SQL, and visualization tools like Power BI\nExcellent project management skills with ability to manage initiatives\nExperience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)\nAbility to build consensus across organizational boundaries\nExcellent presentation and facilitation skills for leading workshops and meetings\nAbility to manage shifting priorities in a results-oriented environment\nAbility to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences\nExperience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)\n•Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed\n\n]]>
