Nanobag creates some of the world's lightest and most practical everyday carry bags.
We're looking for an exceptional Senior Manager to help lead the next stage of growth. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving ecommerce environment and enjoys taking ownership across multiple business functions.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and growth of Nanobag. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines ecommerce, marketing, operations, customer experience, and team management.
You will work directly with the founders and take ownership of key business functions, ensuring projects move forward, teams stay aligned, and growth targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Business Management
- Own and improve company KPIs, revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Coordinate activities across marketing, ecommerce, customer support, product development, and operations
- Drive execution of strategic initiatives and new growth opportunities
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable processes
Ecommerce & Growth
- Oversee Shopify, Amazon, affiliate, and wholesale channels
- Monitor conversion rates, AOV, retention, and customer acquisition metrics
- Work with agencies and freelancers to improve performance
- Manage promotions, product launches, and inventory planning
Marketing
- Coordinate creative, email, influencer, affiliate, SEO, and paid advertising efforts
- Review campaign performance and allocate budgets effectively
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
Operations
- Manage inventory planning and supply chain coordination
- Oversee fulfillment partners and logistics performance
- Improve systems, reporting, and internal workflows
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a remote international team
- Set goals, priorities, and accountability frameworks
- Recruit and onboard key hires when needed
- Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience in ecommerce, DTC, consumer brands, or related industries
- Strong understanding of Shopify and ecommerce metrics
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Highly analytical and comfortable working with data
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and bias toward action
- Experience with Amazon, affiliates, retail, or wholesale is a plus
Success in This Role
Within the first 12 months, you will:
- Improve operational efficiency and reporting
- Increase revenue and profitability across channels
- Build stronger accountability and execution within the team
