Build strong client relationships, understand business needs, and deliver tailored insurance solutions. - Bachelor’s Degree/Master's Degree : • 2-5 years of work experience, preferably in Insurance companies / Insurance Broking firms/ client Insurance • Have good client engagement Skills. • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams.

• Have good negotiation skills. • Be capable of orchestrating cross-functional engagements. : • Client Relationship management- Client servicing and retention of existing clients • Cross Selling- Identification of cross sell opportunities, reference selling skills.

• Procurement of quotes from Insurers, Preparation of RFQs and quote comparison reports. • Analytical capabilities to understand the losses/ claims. • Product knowledge- Expert level of Domain Knowledge on Property, Marine Insurance and other commercial lines, Non EB lines.

• Review meetings with client. • Preparation of claims analysis reports and the presentations for client interactions. • Coordination with Internal teams such as claims and sales.
