About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined professional to support the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of residential EV charging solutions. This role involves conducting site assessments, coordinating installations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and delivering a seamless customer experience throughout the installation journey. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of electrical systems, excellent coordination skills, and a customer-first approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments for EV home charger installations.
• Coordinate and oversee charger installation activities at customer locations.
• Perform charger commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality.
• Ensure all installations comply with electrical safety standards, company guidelines, and OEM requirements.
• Coordinate with customers, electricians, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain installation records, reports, and technical documentation accurately.
• Provide basic training and guidance to customers on charger operation and usage.
• Support after-sales service activities and assist in resolving technical issues when required.
• Monitor installation quality and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the installation lifecycle.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 0–2 years of experience in EV home charging installations, electrical systems, renewable energy projects, or related technical fields.
• B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines preferred.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related technical fields may also be considered.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, wiring practices, and safety standards.
• Knowledge of EV charging infrastructure and charging technologies will be an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, layouts, and technical documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Familiarity with residential electrical infrastructure and load assessment is preferred.

• Prior experience in EV charging, solar installations, electrical contracting, or related technical services will be an added advantage
