Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our Kolkata studio. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior architects and project teams in developing design concepts, preparing drawings, coordinating with consultants, and supporting project execution across various stages.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in architectural design, documentation, site coordination, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing architectural design concepts and presentations.
- Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and project documentation.
- Develop 3D models, visualizations, and presentation materials.
- Support space planning and design development activities.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and project documentation.
- Assist in quality control and ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
- Support material research, specification preparation, and BOQ development.
- Contribute to project coordination and timely delivery of assigned tasks.
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree.
- 0–3 years of professional experience in architectural practice.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Revit, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, or similar software is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Exposure to diverse residential and architectural projects.
