Sr Lead - Network & Security [Cisco ACI]

If so, look no further - Kyndryl is seeking a Network Support Specialist who will be the go-to expert for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer networks.\n\nAs our Network Support Specialist, you'll be working in a complex, multi-vendor environment, and will use your analytical skills to identify and resolve network issues, make configuration changes, and implement security policies. This role requires someone who can think on their feet, test and apply corrective actions (including emergency changes), and participate in change reviews as needed.

And with the ever-changing nature of technology, you'll be constantly learning and growing in your role.\n\nResponsibility Includes:\nWork as a Team Lead for Network and Security operations.\n\nNetwork SME/ L3 - Cisco ACI, Cisco Wi-Fi, Cisco ISE, Routing & Switching, Load Balancer\n\nSecurity Firewall SME/L3 - Cisco FTD 3k, FMC, FortiGate Firewall, Forti analyser, Cisco ISE, SMA, DDOS and WAF.\n\nPrimarily to Manage and support SDN Technology like Cisco ACI, Cisco ISE , APIC, Stealth watch, Cisco Wi-Fi, routing and Switching , Cisco Firewalls, Fortinet Firewalls.\n\nEnsure the Security devices uptime of the client is 100%\n\nPrepare weekly reports, monthly availability, and performance reports of the client.\n\nProvide root cause analysis of outages.\n\nUpgrade firmware/Software of network security devices.\n\nTimely resolution of calls / incidents related to all Security issues within defined timelines.\n\nSecuring network security systems by establishing and enforcing policies, defining, and monitoring access.\n\nRegular patching of all provisioned network & security devices\n\nSecurity Operations - configuration, IP assignment, monitoring, Firmware upgrades, Firewall Policy fine tuning.\n\nFault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to faults on security devices.\n\nLiaising with 3rd party suppliers, vendors handling escalation through to resolution).\n\nCreation and Maintenance of blue-print document for NOC & SOC covering the processes and procedures.\n\nIf you're ready to take on a fast-paced and rewarding role in the world of network support, apply to join the Kyndryl team today!\n\nYour Future at Kyndryl\nEvery position at Kyndryl offers a way forward to grow your career. And finally, you're open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.\n\nRequired Skills and Experience\nGraduate in Computer Science/IT/Electronics Engineering or equivalent University degree.\n\nCandidates should have at least 10-12 years of experience working in Network Operations especially on the Cisco ACI, ISE, Load Balancers, Cisco Wireless and the Security operations like Cisco FTD Firewalls, FortiGate Firewalls and Cisco WSA Proxy.\n\nWork on End-of-Life hardware upgrades on head end and remote end devices and ensure the asset management is up to date.\n\nShould have a sound knowledge on ITIL process - Ops Management, Change Management, Incident/Problem Management\n\nExperienced in Troubleshooting and resolution of incidents, working on critical SLA's by communicating with OEM Support center, TAC etc.

for effective closure and RCA of all incidents.\n\nGood Hands-On in User co-ordination, Vendor Co-ordination - Client and user interaction with ownership for incident resolution, POA Submission.\n\nShould be able to integrate network & security devices with SIEM, able to read & understand logs of all network & security devices to troubleshoot issues quickly.\n\nPreferred Skills and Experience\nExperience with Ansible automation.\n\nBeing You\nThe "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
