HP's portfolio spans blended reality, 3D printing, multi-function printing, ink in the office, notebooks, and mobile workstations.\nJoin the Analytics organization at HP Inc. and play a key role in driving large-scale supply chain transformation and digital programs .\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and support large-scale supply chain transformation programs , ensuring delivery across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and geographies.\nDrive end-to-end program and project management for complex initiatives, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.\nManage cross-functional collaboration across business, IT, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.\nSupport Supply Chain Planning processes (demand & supply planning) to improve forecast accuracy, product availability, and inventory efficiency.\nContribute to enterprise-wide digital transformation programs , with exposure to SAP platforms such as ARIBA, BTP, IBP, and EBW .\nLead or contribute to solution design, testing, and deployment of digital planning tools and analytics solutions.\nDrive change management and user adoption strategies for new systems, ensuring smooth rollouts at scale.\nUtilize project and test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent) to track milestones, risks, and deliverables.\nDevelop executive-ready dashboards, reports, and insights to support data-driven decision-making.\nEnsure program governance, reporting cadence, and KPI tracking for senior leadership visibility.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong program and project management experience , particularly in managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives .\nProven ability in stakeholder management and executive communication across business and technical teams.\nStrong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights .\nExperience working in supply chain, planning, or operations environments .\nFamiliarity with ERP systems and enterprise digital transformation programs (SAP preferred).\nProficiency with tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Excel, and PowerPoint .\nExcellent problem-solving, planning, and execution skills with attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment .\nQualifications & Experience\n4-7 years of relevant experience in supply chain analytics, consulting, or program/project management roles.\nExperience in leading or supporting large-scale transformation programs is highly preferred.\nAcademic background in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business Analytics preferred.\nDisclaimer\nThis job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
