Associate Project Manager

Our RWS Transform division empowers organizations to accelerate digital transformation, scale global content, and unlock growth in every market.\nJob Overview Key Responsibilities\nClose cooperation with Project Managers and other internal supporting teams\nProactively analyzing project scope and instructions, asking the right questions to internal stakeholders (and potentially external customers), planning and executing the work\nCoordination of complex multi-language linguistic evaluation and/or localization projects to support the development and refinement of AI/ML services\nCoordination of the localization projects such as distributing tasks to our external translators or colleagues, collecting final outputs, and solving issues\nDelivery of projects to client's expectations achieving targeted levels of on-time-delivery (OTD)\nAnalyzing the processes and finding opportunities for potential improvement\nCommunicating in English (especially via phone and email)\nGetting to know the technologies used in localization (CAT tools, HTML/XML, etc.) and proprietary tools from RWS and our customers\nKeeping track of your work, including creating reports\nReporting to project manager and/or customers\nConsistently sustaining internal and external client satisfaction levels assessed by feedback\nSolving problems and troubleshooting\nCreating instructions and documentation\nSkills & Experience\nAbility to improvise and solve problems\nProactivity and good communication skills\nExcellent analytical skills to be able to understand complex projects' scope and instructions, adapt those for the team working on the tasks and clarify the scope with the customer, when needed\nWillingness to learn how to use multiple proprietary tools (RWS tools: Symfonie, Squirrel + customer specific tools for project management and CAT).\nExperience managing linguistic evaluation or data labeling projects is a plus\nLinguistic background or experience is a plus\nAt least a high school education; university degree is an advantage\nKnowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office; advanced knowledge of Excel is a plus\nVery good verbal and written English proficiency\nAttention to detail, because just a single mistake can change the outcome of our work\nTeam spirit-you will be part of a team that helps each other\nPrevious relevant work experience and knowledge of localization are a big advantage\nLife at RWS Life at RWS - If you like the idea of working with smart people who are passionate about growing the value of ideas, data and content by making sure organizations are understood, then you'll love life at RWS.\nOur purpose is to unlock global understanding.
